Upon entering our villa, you will immediately feel the warm, inviting atmosphere. With a perfect blend of modern design and Caribbean charm, you will feel right at home. The spacious living room and open kitchen form the heart of the villa and offer a spectacular view over the Spanish Water.

The living room is a place for relaxation and socializing, where comfortable furniture invites you to lounge. The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. The view of the Spanish Water makes cooking a true pleasure.

What makes this villa comfortable is an abundance of shutters in every room. These traditional Caribbean shutters allow the cooling breeze to flow through the house, so you can always enjoy a pleasant temperature and a wonderfully fresh atmosphere.

Outdoor & Pool
Discover Caribbean outdoor living on the two spectacular terraces that directly adjoin the living & kitchen of the villa. Both terraces are carefully designed to offer ultimate comfort and luxury.

The first terrace is an extension of the kitchen and provides the idyllic setting for a delightful dinner. With views over the former plantations of Brakkeput, you are surrounded by pure beauty as you enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner in the open air.

The second terrace is a true paradise for swimming and relaxation enthusiasts. Located next to the Balinese-style pool, this terrace offers breathtaking views over the Spanish Water.

Bedrooms
The villa can accommodate up to 6 guests and has 3 bedrooms. Each room is carefully decorated, providing a serene and luxurious ambiance. Open the shutters and enjoy the Caribbean breeze through your bedroom, or make use of the air conditioning available in each bedroom.

The master bedroom is a combination of luxury and comfort, complete with its own en-suite bathroom and all the amenities you need for a perfect night's rest. This bedroom has French doors that open directly onto the pool, giving you a unique connection to the outdoor surroundings. The bathroom is fully equipped and offers a double sink and a fine rain shower.

The villa has two more bedrooms, each offering views over the Spanish Water. Enjoy your first cup of coffee from bed as you watch the fishermen leave or see the children learn to sail. These spacious rooms feature convenient built-in closets and share a modern and stylish bathroom equipped with a double sink and all other amenities. Both bedrooms have French doors that make the outside feel like inside.

Guest access
The villa has a private pool that can be used at any time.

Other things to note
The villa, with three apartments, is conveniently located and offers something for everyone within easy reach. Within a few minutes by car, you can snorkel among colorful fish or enjoy the beautiful beaches of Jan Thiel and Mambo. For adventurers, the Brakkeput Abou area offers plenty of opportunities; explore the unspoiled nature trails of Caracasbaai, or participate in all the water sports activities such as kayaking, SUPing, or sailing on the Spanish Water. For culinary delights, you don't have to look far; book a table in the bustling Pietermaai or indulge yourself in the gastronomic Otrabanda.

A cleaner comes weekly, and clean towels are also brought weekly.

There is super-fast WiFi everywhere. The sockets are European 220V. Gas, water, and electricity are included.
