How do I pay for my booking?
When your booking enquiry is approved, we will send you an email requesting a deposit of 25% of the total amount.
The booking is only confirmed once we have received your deposit. We will send you a confirmation of receipt by email. You must pay the rest of the amount due 2 months before your arrival date. We will send you a payment reminder by email.
As well as paying for the booking, you will also pay a rental damage deposit that you will get back once the caretaker in Curaçao has completed your check-out and released the deposit. We will then pay the rental damage deposit back to your bank account.
What payment methods can I use to pay LXRYHOME?
Are there any hidden costs?
No, there are no hidden costs. The total costs are those stated in your booking confirmation. The rental damage deposit comes on top of these costs.
Any additional costs for concierge services that you may have added will be charged to you transparently after approval.
How does the rental damage deposit work?
The rental damage deposit that you pay will be returned to you once the caretaker in Curaçao has completed your check-out and released the deposit. We will then pay the rental damage deposit back to your bank account.
