You’ll find this recently renovated villa in the beautiful Jan Thiel neighbourhood, within walking distance of the beach and various beach clubs.

The spacious living room with open kitchen is located on the first floor. You’ll find a television and various comfortable chairs and sofas in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, American fridge, oven/microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine. You can step out of this room straight on to the terrace that runs along the entire breadth of the house and enjoy the beautiful view. You can enjoy delicious meals on this terrace seated around the table and chairs for 12, or admire the breathtaking sunset from a hanging seat or daybed.

The lower floor of the main house is arranged as 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and are suitable for 2 people. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the other 3 bedrooms are all on the swimming pool side of the house, each with its own outdoor seating.

The swimming pool is in an L-shape around the villa. With its 4 separate chaise longues and 2 cabanas with 2-person daybeds, there’s more than enough space to relax and enjoy the sun. The large palapa at the edge of the terrace is a lovely spot to enjoy an aperitif, whether lounging in the seating area or around the table on bar stools. You’ll also find a BBQ here.

Additional note

The villa is suitable for a maximum total of 12 people (+ at most 1 child under 2). There is space for 8 people in the villa and a further 4 can sleep in the guest house. The guest house can be booked additionally at further cost. The guest house contains a further 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms and air conditioning.

There is space to park several cars on site.
