What are the check-in and check-out times?
• Check in is at 4 p.m.
• Check out is at 12:00 pm
• For a fee, earlier check-in and later check-out is possible. Ask for the possibilities
• Our property manager will be on site to check you into the villa. Upon departure at HATO airport, please always inform her that you are on your way, so she can be at the villa in time. Contact details will be provided by LXRYHOME.
Are towels and linen provided in the villa?
• Yes, towels and linen are provided.
Will the villa be cleaned during my stay?
• Final cleaning is €250. For stays of minimum 7 and maximum 14 nights, an intermediate cleaning is included in the price. After that, an intermediate cleaning is €75.
• An additional intermediate cleaning can be charged. Ask LXRYHOME for the possibilities.
How far is the villa from the beach?
• Jan Thiel beach is 400 meters walk from the villa
Is there a supermarket nearby?
• Yes, the Albert Heijn supermarket is 5 minutes walk from the villa.
What sockets are there in the villa?
• There are European sockets (Type C and F) in the villa.
• Yes, all villas have a stable internet connection
Can the beds be pushed apart?
• Yes, each villa has a description of how many fixed double beds are available and how many beds can be pushed apart to form two single beds.
With which currency can you pay on curacao?
• On Curacao you can pay with Antillean Guilders or American Dollars.
What is the minimum length of stay?
• The minimum length of stay for villa Coconut, Reef and Flamingo is 5 nights. For the remaining villas, the minimum length of stay is 7 nights.
Are there parking facilities at the villa?
• Yes, you can park your (rental) car on private property. There is space for up to 2 cars.
Can a rental car be arranged?

Can a cab be arranged for transfer to and from the airport?

What are the check-in and check-out times?
• Check-in: 15.00
• Check-out: 11.00
• Digital keys will be emailed to your mobile device upon check-in. The digital key can open your suite, the front door and parking if paid for.
An invitation to check-in online will be sent to you via email 48-hours prior to arrival. A second invitation for online check-in will be sent via email and SMS at 9:00am on the day of your arrival. Otherwise, you may also check-in via our check-in kiosks located in the lobby level on the hotel. The doors of the hotel are opened daily allowing for access.
To check-out, simply depart your suite. Your digital keys will be deactivated upon departure. A bill will be sent to your email address upon departure. For any questions, you may contact us at info@deguldenpoorte.com.
Where is de Gulden Poorte situated?
De Gulden Poorte is located at Lange Nieuwstraat 44, 2000 Antwerp, in the heart of Antwerp’s historic city center. This central location makes it an ideal spot for visitors who want to explore the city’s cultural and historical landmarks with ease. From the hotel, it’s just a short walk to some of Antwerp’s most famous attractions: Cathedral of Our Lady (Onze-Lieve-Vrouwekathedraal), a stunning Gothic cathedral housing works by Peter Paul Rubens. Grote Markt, the city’s iconic central square surrounded by beautiful guild houses and featuring the Brabo Fountain. Is there parking available at or near the hotel?
Yes, private and secure garage parking is available on-site for hotel guests only for € 40 per day. Guests can access the garage via their mobile key upon check-in. Alternatively, Q-Park is available, right around the corner from the hotel.
No, pets are not allowed on the premises.
Do you accept cash payments?
No. Cash payments are not available. The hotel accepts all major credits cards and iDEAL bank card payments. Payments for room and tax are processed seven days prior to arrival.

• A LXRYHOME staff member will be present to check you in, when arriving outside office hours we will use a key safe. Instructions will be sent to you by your contact at LXRYHOME.
Is there parking available?
• Yes, you can park your car in the parking garage. There is one parking space per apartment. Except for the penthouse, which has two.
Are towels and linen provided?
• Yes, these are provided. For stays of less than a month you will get one set of towels and linen, for stays of more than a month you will get two sets.
• Yes, all apartments have wifi. There is a QR code in the apartment that you can scan to use the wifi.
Are pets allowed in the apartments?
• No, pets are not allowed in the apartments. For exceptions, please contact LXRYHOME.
Will the apartment be cleaned while in operation?
• The apartment is delivered clean and can be cleaned in between on request (for a fee).
