The modern villa has a Caribbean touch. The villa is fully equipped with Indonesian hard wood shutters so there’s always a nice breeze everywhere at the villa, whether you’re inside or on the porch. This makes for a pleasant temperature.

The kitchen is fully equipped with Siemens appliances. There’s a cooker, a Nespresso coffee machine, an ice-dispenser, etc. There are also bar stools around the large kitchen island.

Not only does the infinity pool have a gorgeous look, but it creates a wonderful feeling of repose. Sun loungers are provided. There’s a sun shelf across the full width of the pool so you can enjoy drinks in the water. The infinity pool is right next to a sunken lounge and the bar, and there are also stools by the pool.

You can enjoy the beautiful view across the Spanish Water from the lounge area in (a sunken pit). There’s enough lighting on the porch to make it nice to stay on the porch in the evening after dark. Additionally, there’s a roof terrace for anyone looking to get in the most sun hours they can. There’s a lovely 2-person Cabana on the roof terrace where there’s sunshine from sunrise!

There is a separate toilet off the hall which can be accessed both from inside the house and from the porch.
